FLORIDA BOYS RETIRE AFTER 60 YEARS!

PENSACOLA, FL - Les Beasley, Glen Allred, and Derrell Stewart have decided to retire the Florida Boys Quartet during their 60th anniversary year.

Les, Glen and Derrell have each performed with the Florida Boys for over 50 years. Les told me, "We are all in our seventies and we just feel it's time to slow down, stay home and spend time with our loved ones."

The Florida Boys received national acclaim as host of the famous "Gospel Singing Jubilee" television program during the 60's and 70's and served as a benchmark for traditional Southern Gospel quartets.
